Sediment Control Assembly
Installation

  1. Remove Grate.
  2. Install Bag.
    *Bag rests on lip of casting
  3. Reinstall Grate.
  4. Install Bonnet Guard with tabs between Grate & Bonnet casting.
Maintenance
  1. Remove the Bonnet Guard.
  2. Remove Grate.
  3. Bag can be cleaned several ways
    a) Pick up bag and dump it
    b) Shovel debris out of bag
    c) Vac-Unit
  4. Shake loose debris out of Bag or rise with water.
  5. Reinstall Bag.
  6. Reintall Grate.
  7. Reinstall Bonnet Guard.

    *Bag rests on lip of casting
  3. Reinstall Grate.
Maintenance
  1. Remove Grate.
  2. Bag can be cleaned several ways
    a) Pick up bag and dump it
    b) Shovel debris out of bag
    c) Vac-Unit
  3. Shake loose debris out of Bag or rise with water.
  4. Reinstall Frye Flow Systems Debris Bag.
  5. Reintall Grate.

  4. Reinstall Frye Flow Systems Debris Bag.
  5. Reintall Grate.

Frye Flow Systems Concrete Washout Pit Assembly Installation

  1. Insert Rebar into pockets of Debris Bag.
  2. Install FryeFlow Systems Debris Bag into Angle Iron Frame.
  3. Make sure Angle Iron sets behind Rebar brackets.
  4. Make sure Frame and Bag is set on flat surface.
Maintenance
  1. Once Debris Bag is full, use handles provided to lift out of frame.
  2. Remove Rebar from side pouches.
  3. Insert new FryeFlow Systems Debris Bag.
  4. Properly dispose of used bag of concrete waste.
